In 2018, he opened Oxomoco in Greenpoint, a modern Mexican restaurant that earned a Michelin star for its vibrant, wood-fired take on regional dishes. His third project, Xilonen, explored plant-based Mexican cuisine and received a Bib Gourmand from the Michelin Guide before closing in 2022.
